Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • All manuals, accessories, and warranty cards must be included.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact our team via the Contact Us page with your order details.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued within 7 working days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund will only be processed after product verification by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged machines caused by customer mishandling
  • Items purchased under a special promotion, clearance sale, or custom order
  • Machines without original packaging or missing parts/accessories

Damaged or Wrong Item Delivered?

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange free replacement or repair, depending on the issue.

Kindly share pictures/videos of the product when reporting an issue to speed up the resolution process.
